By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website. The website is operated by Thor Network Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States (“Thor Network”, “we”, “us”).

treels.io is an informational website describing Treels, a creator and media platform being built by Thor Network. It explains the idea, shows a short film, and points you to where you can join the community and the product. It is not itself the product, and nothing on it creates an account, a contract for the product, or any entitlement.

You may browse the website, read it, and follow its links. You may not:

• interfere with the website or the systems that serve it, or try to;
• use automated means to scrape, copy or overload it beyond what ordinary browsing and search-engine indexing involve;
• misrepresent the website, its content, or your relationship with Thor Network; or
• use it for anything unlawful.

The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, the Treels and Thor Network names and marks, and the film, belong to Thor Network Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute its content, or use its names and marks, without our written permission, except as the law allows.

The website links to Telegram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn and thornetwork.io, and embeds a film from YouTube when you choose to play it. Those services are not operated by this website, and their own terms and policies apply once you use them. Thor Network operates its accounts and channels on those services, but this website is not responsible for how those services work.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be available at any particular time, free of errors, or unchanged. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time without notice.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or financial product, in any jurisdiction. Nothing on it is financial, legal or tax advice.

Features described as coming soon are not currently available and may change or never be released. Where the website describes participation programmes, they are offered only where permitted and only to eligible participants, under their own terms and disclosures, which are separate from these terms.

The website describes plans, intentions and a vision for Treels. Statements about what the product will do, when, or how it will perform are forward-looking. They reflect current expectations, depend on many things outside our control, and may not come to pass. Do not rely on them as facts or commitments.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Thor Network disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Thor Network Inc. and its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the website, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to indemnify Thor Network Inc. against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your place of residence gives you rights that cannot be taken away by agreement.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the version and effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. This version took effect on 23 August 2026.
